Are you a TROLL? Do you have an intelligent comment about that post? Have you been able to buy what you want at the store? I HAVE NOT and I live in a big city in FL.

Look, there are two active, non-engaging, Trolls on PL wasting everyone's time. Now you start posting just as they do - apparently after a lapse. I may have misjudged you. I hope not. I learn nothing by comments like: "derp" that CRAP all over a thread.

Hey clown, if the Biden administration could close church services in the open air and get folks fired who refused to get a shot, we are not far away from closing folks into their homes as the Chinese have done. Martial law is closer than you think. I advise all my ignorant friends and any non-engaging, worthless posters to have food and water for a month.

If this were to happen - like in China - a food shortage will not be the cause, the reason or the excuse.

Agree. Food shortages would cause unrest but loss of electricity, terrorist attacks, etc. would cause Martial Law quicker.

Great guess! You are correct for once. Let's see how long it lasts. I'll give you five minutes to post something of no value to raise you post count.

    Robert Ransom Cautiously optomistic.

The current administration will use any excuse to impose its will upon the public.
Ponder for a moment the consequences of significantly diminished food supplies as a result of poor harvests and reduced availability of diesel fuel for transportation of goods. Both of these issues will create empty shelves at the grocery stores.
If you are, in fact, "justafarmer" you will already know of the poor crop harvests, the increase in the cost of fertilizer, early slaughter of beef, Avian flu issues, food price increases, etc.
Therefore. how can you state, "a food shortage will not be the cause, the reason or the excuse" for Martial Law to be implemented?

Half the agricultural commodities we produce in this country are exported. Now we may experience a transitory shortage of a specific food commodity or two due to poor harvest, disease and such. This only forces the consumer, for example, into eating pork instead of chicken or skipping the glass of OJ at breakfast. It will take a catastrophic event such as the eruption of the Yellowstone Caldera or a nuclear winter to cause an overall food shortage in this country.

Title of thread . . . "Will Food Shortages Cause Marshal Law?"

Why would a DNC-aligned government impose marshal law if the only rioters to be suppressed are those who won't eat foods they don't like while not working a job they don't like?

Sucks to starve one’s hungry body when one’s spoiled palate won’t compromise.

When the store shelves are bare and there is no water, gas, and electricity there are no democrats, independents, or Republicans. Lord of the Flies. Land of the mob.
