Perhaps we should ask the Native Americans (whose land it was before our government took it from them) if the free grazing was OK. Personally, I don't believe Bundy has a leg to stand on in the American court system. But, whose land is it really?

Here is what I find funny and very telling about this whole Bundy issue. If this were say... ...a radical Left-winger like oooooh Bill Ayers taking up arms against a tyrannical government agency the Right-wing would call him a terrorist. But if a radical Right-winger takes up arms against a "tyrannical" government for trying to get him to pay the government what he owes them for 20 years, he is a God damn freedom fighting patriot. Or lets say a black man takes up arms against the government and joins the black panthers to gain social equality at the point of a gun, well, then we are back to the terrorist label again. No, YOU didn't mention taxes, but Harry Reid certainly DID! Now, Harry Reid being the senior senator from Nevada, is certainly in a position to know more about the situation than either you, I or anyone on this forum. So, if Harry Reid says the guy doesn't pay his taxes, well, I suppose we will just have to go with that for now until more is known. You can either agree with that or else you can bury your head in the sand it call it "money owed" or whatever... it really doesn't make any difference.
I would certainly like to believe BO has some input into the actions taken by one of the gov't agencies under his control & supervision...especially when it involves an armed confrontation between his administration & American citizens.

Same goes here rlm. You BOTH have missed my point. He owes money. It's VERY simple and I never said it was taxes nor do I really care about what Harry Reid said. Do YOU, for some reason, think Bundy does not owe money be they taxes or not? Stop dragging Harry Reid into the equation and give me an honest answer. I'm serious. Under BLM regulations, like them or not, does he owe money just as all other ranchers that have paid? For what it's worth I used to look forward to posts by yourself and Coin but have been sorely disappointed for some time even if we don't agree.
