Is a link to an explanation trying to explain how the UK Government's austerity measures are WRONG for the country and is driving England further into the recression.

This is not applicable to just England.

All austerity measures do is make ordinary people suffer for the mistakes of the bankers. It should divide people.

 

I could not agree more.

 

Would you rather then that the Government continued to spend money that it has not got? I agree that the banking industry amongst others is partialy to blame for the problems but the last Labour gov spent cash like there was no tomorrow
As a country we do need to reduce the deficit but there are other ways of going about it
The planned new airport in the South east would create thousands of jobs, we could build more affordable housing etc all of which would boost industry and create its own wealth
