    Answer is never.....

They re loosing in Ukraine 2014-2026
    Lost in Afghanistan 1979-90
Would have lost in WW2 alone vs Germany
    Lost Winter War vs Finland
    Lost WW1 vs Germany
    Lost Russo-Japanese War
    Lost Crimean War 1855-57
    Lost all battles Napoleonic Wars
Lost in Seven Years War vs Prussia
Lost all battles vs Sweden Great Northern War 1700-14, won only Poltava 1709, but Karl XII of Sweden fought vs 5 nations. Had Sweden only faced Peter I Russia. Russia would be Swedish now ( too bad it never happened)
Lost vs Poland thru 16th century.
    Mongols wiped them out 1239-41AD)

One military historian stated one Waffen SS division was better then 12 Red Army divisions. Combat records proved him right.
