    Jhonn I am 50 & I have hardly ever come across them LOL Even the football fanatics are now a lot quieter than they were in the 70s Strangly enough this seems to have coencided with the falling away of the Right Wing Extreemists LOL

    the picture is meant to be ironic. The flag is on the crane placing the spire. Just so happens that as the boom lowered the flag appears upside down.
