And you would have supported it. You have to draw the line somewhere. There isn't an infinite amount of money to be doled out forever. You may think so. Obama may think so, but it can't be done. It's called being realistic. I'm not rich by any means, but I'm not demanding that the government should give me money in order to have more. Yes, that would be great. I won't deny that a bit. It would be great if they could hand out money until we were all living in fancy houses and driving fancy cars and there was no poor. But that is fantasy. I will never believe that dumping money into the poor will solve anything. Many of them are poor for a reason. If you think the economy will be revived by the purchasing of cigarettes and lottery tickets, then by all means I hope your guy can get in there and try it out.
Obama & the liberal elite need a dependent class in order to gain & maintain power. They have no intentions of raising anyone out of poverty they just want to buy their votes with the promise of free money and appease them every election cycle.

I should remind you of Ron Paul and his stance on earmarks and government spending...if the government is spending it anyway..might as well get as much as you can for those you represent...If the government is spending us into oblivion...whats a few million for the poor? How long has my tax money being going to farmers to fail at farming? Or to bail out an airline or to build a school in Iraq? We cant appropriate a few dollars for those who need it here? I am supposed to think an entitlement program here or there for US CITIZENS who NEED it is going to be the thing that breaks us? How could I have been so blind.. And you are right...I had no though of spending money for programs to help educate people or to help them learn how to make money...I was just going to do the Bush way and just write everyone checks!! Whats wrong with spreading the wealth around? I actually agree with you on this. The current tax structure does remove the incentive to work harder and earn more, since the more you earn, the less you make (average) but I do believe that's what Barrack's Tax Plan helps to alleviate. As we make more, we aren't taxed as heavily until we reach a certain bracket. However, I would prefer a flat tax rate with a higher minimum deduction, that would be the best thing for all. Ribbit

Well I am proud to be an American. I'm just not too proud of what it has become. and for the record. Since I was eighteen, my path has somewhat been conservative. Ford. Reagan twice(who didnt?). Bush once.(I didnt like the fact he tore up his NRA card). Clinton twice. G.W. twice(I fell for his crap). Now If only some one young, energetic, charismatic, and forthright would come along in the Grand Old Party, I'd climb aboard that train.

Actually, I have heard of 2 cases where they were found. They found missiles with traces of serin gas still in them and enough sarin gas to kill several thousand people (that is really not that much gas). I am sure you can find documentation for that. However, the one that amazed me was the tom of plutonium that came into the US and the paperwork supposedly said its origin was Iraq. I am still not sure what to make of that.
