Yep, that prosecutor should step aside from this case.

Meanwhile, Chris Christie has to keep up the facade that he has little control of his important staff members, and that he doesn't have any idea what they're doing most of the time. OK, so he's incompetent. Not exactly presidential material, it seems.

But Christie doesn't seem to mind going ahead with his Attorney General appointment, the same guy that will be in charge of investigating this scandal. Hum? Conflict of interest?

 

Are you sure you're not talking about Obama? Seriously. Obama is always saying things like, "I had no knowledge...", "I didn't know...", "This is the first I heard about this...", "The buck doesn't stop at my desk...", etc.

 

Christie has asked that confirmation of O'Dowd be put on hold until the investigation is concluded. That doesn't sound like conflict of interest; that sounds like INTEGRITY.

 

No, Christie said that he wanted the confirmation to go forward on Tuesday. The Democrats said NO. Do you ever get anything right?

 

Christie has put on hold the nomination of John Hoffman, Acting Attorney General, to the Supreme Court of NJ. This, in turn, is delaying the confirmation of O'Dowd until the investigation is complete. Christie is demonstrating leadership and integrity. There's just no two ways about it.

Democratic State Senator Raymond Lesniak who sits on the judiciary committee stated that he has no problem having confirmation hearings on O'Dowd as long as he answers questions. Does that sound like a "NO" to you? Please, allow me to answer for you: "No, it doesn't."

Christie was asked during his two hour "I'm sadfest" if O'Dowd's conformation hearing was going to go forward next Tuesday and he said yes and that he expected smooth sailing for the confirmation.

Then you come back with this other nonsense. You're just making stuff up at this point. Hoffman wasn't in your post. O'Dowd was. Just admit it.

 

Ooooohh, so I didn't include Hoffman in my original post. It doesn't seem to matter to you that Christie put on hold Hoffman's confirmation to the Supreme Court, thereby also putting on hold O'Dowd's confirmation to replace Hoffman. Get a life, loser. This entire incident is a non-story. I'm still waiting for you to back up your accusation that Christie is guilty of anything. Well?

All I see is your opinion and I've already pointed out that it was flat out wrong. Christie NEVER, NEVER put O'Dowd's nomination on hold as you clearly asserted as a testament to his character.
