no no no i wasnt saying it like that. what i meant was what happened to defuse that situation. and is there any way to do likewise in the middle east? and there are many muslims that dont want us dead because if we are dead then we wouldnt be making them rich with oil money. maybe if the gap between poor and rich in the middle east was shortened then it would take some of the hatred out of these people.

It is all about the Koran. The more that they believe in the Koran, the more it is their duty to kill us and this is message is preached to them thru out the Koran and preached to them at least 3 times a day at prayer day in and day out and through out the day with islamic controled media and education.
yes and as bad as this may sound the majority or religions have always been filled with those in hard times. saying there will be an after live is kind of an incentive to not just curl up and die or kill your neighbor to get a better life for yourelf. i think if the living conditions there where the same a here you would see primarily liberal or moderate muslims. just look at christianity, in the poorer counties you will see more strick followings and in richer nations they follow it as more of a guide line.
