I guess there are less ignorant Americans than I thought.

I knew in my heart this ship would be righted. Not one to gloat so I won't. But I am relieved that the senate will be a favorable one so that we aren't bogged down in impeachment proceedings and the like. Time to roll up our sleeves and get to work.

Well, it should be no secret to anyone here how I feel about the results.

This should effectively end all the "insurrection" nonsense, the "threat to democracy" screeching and the rest of the vitriol spewed by the Left. But, it won't.

Regardless, the man won fair and square and will be our 47th president. After the Biden administration weaponed the DOJ against President Trump, after phony impeachments, after attempts to keep him off ballots in several states, after the lawsuits and even after assassination attempts, he still stands. In fact, he stands stronger now than ever. Truly, the man is a force of nature.

This election has, thankfully, kept the liberals from furthering their agenda (at least for now). We can say goodbye to Alejandro Mayorkas, Karine Jean-Pierre, Pete Buttigieg, Antony Blinken, Xavier Becerra, Merrick Garland and, most importantly, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris among others. Goodbye and good riddance.

This gives an opportunity for liberals to reflect on "what could have been". Not in the sense of "what could have been if Kamala had been elected", but "what could have been if Biden had run". After all, he "beat" Trump once and, according to him, he could have done it again. Could he have won? We will never know and that is something liberals will have to live with. Perhaps it wasn't such a good idea for them to have selected Kamala in the most un-democratic and un-American method our country has ever seen. Dwell on it, liberals.

It boils down to this. Kamala was never popular. She wasn't popular when she ran against Biden in the first place. She wasn't a popular vice-president and now it's been shown that she wasn't a popular presidential candidate. I'm sure there will be a lot of soul-searching among the Democrats... and rightfully so.

America has turned the page on the Biden administration and all its incompetence, ineptitude and, dare I say, vengeful evil.

We woke up today to a new chapter in American history, one which is bright, hopeful and joyous.

Oh. and let me add this.

Hindsight is 20/20 of course so I'm sure the liberals are questioning Kamala's choice of Tampon Tim Walz. Could she have won had she picked Shapiro? Perhaps, but still doubtful. Looking back, Walz was definitely a terrible choice. There will be a lot of hand-wringing and self-reflection happening on the Left for quite some time.

I don't think so. Americans by and large are longing for normalcy. The whole trans and drag queen thing needs to go back in the bedroom and we want to control our destiny on our own merit. Not the merit doled out by the Fed.

I rather think Harris leaving her supporters to marinate last night may have finally told them a little something about the REAL Kamala.

Just to be fair - the mainstream networks didn't call the race until around 5:00 or 6:00 am this morning.

Well, that's their fault. I was watching FOX News and knew the results at 1:30 or so. Maybe they just couldn't face the truth or were too busy crying.

Yeah, they'll search for a most convenient explanation for the loss . . . most assuredly, in their minds, it had absolutely nothing to do with their agenda.

Perhaps they’ll claim that it was stolen.
