That's just an example of Democrats marginalizing and cancelling any opinion that detracts from their Global WEF agenda. Is WWIII the "Great Reset" our "woke" Brothers and Sisters pray for?

How do you define "White Supremacist"? Radical felons? ...or just any person of white, European decent?

Cat got your tongue? :) (meow!)

So, a simple question about the specifics of your grievances sends you scurrying. Not surprised, but not impressed either.

I’m back. Thing is I am convinced that the left intends to entirely redefine “normal”. As a simple lark, I Googled AOC’s demands on our President. It’s mind bogglingly childish. Demands he use executive powers to legalize pot. Demands he use his executive powers to forgive all student loan debt. It goes on and on. Like he isn’t busy enough with Europe at war… And what is beyond bizarre to me is that this is the new normal…. I don’t want my kids taught anything about sexuality until I deem them mature enough to have that discussion with my wife and I. And particularly not from a teacher whose salary I pay... I refuse to accept that being a God fearing man is radical…… “Normal” is being entirely redefined currently by the left and the heck of it is….. They are the minority here…. It’s like having a debate on the color of the sky. It makes no sense to me whatsoever so I choose to depart the conversation.

The word "normal" is subjective. What is "normal"? You would have a very difficult time defining what normal is. I have no idea what you mean by normal and I suspect neither do you. You somehow think that anything you find acceptable is defined as " normal".

    Ha! I like it.

She does have some consistency problems though. She's taking a lot of conservative stances now, but in the 2016 primaries she quit the DNC in protest to support Bernie. She also has been for single-payer healthcare, green new deal principles, and drug legalization. She's weirdly anti-fossil fuel and anti-nuclear, which is kind of a non-starter at this point. All this to say, it's tough to tell what she really believes. Politicians can change their minds, but I would appreciate it if they at least explain the logic behind their change in stance.

Conservatives dip in polls again; Liberal majority likely

It appears that the Liberals are likely to regain a majority government in the next federal election, a new poll suggests, whereas support for the Conservatives appears to be on the decline.

The latest Ipsos poll found that 38 per cent of decided voters are planning to vote for the Liberals if the election were held tomorrow, a number unchanged from last month.

By stark contrast, the Conservatives would only earn a paltry 26 per cent of the vote, down three points since May. The party lags behind the Liberals in every age group and every region of the country except for the Prairies, where the Tories remain the most popular choice among voters.

“If (the Liberals) are considering having an election, this is as good a position as they’ve been in since … the 2015 election,” said Darrell Bricker, CEO of Ipsos Public Affairs.

“(Conservative Leader) Erin O’Toole, if he was looking at these numbers, would have to be very worried.”

The NDP also dropped one point from last month to earn 20 per cent of the vote, the poll also suggests, while the Bloc Quebecois would receive eight per cent nationally (34 per cent in Quebec), up two points. The Greens saw a four-point bump to earn seven per cent of the vote.

The Ipsos poll surveyed 1,501 Canadians online and by telephone earlier this month — there is widespread speculation that a potential summer or fall election may occur as COVID-19-related health restrictions are lifted .

Trudeau has also received approval over his performance as prime minister, with 52 per cent of those surveyed saying they approve of the job he and his government are doing. Over four in 10 Canadians believe Trudeau’s Liberals deserve re-election, the poll also suggests.

The Liberals currently maintain strong leads in British Columbia (36 per cent support) and Atlantic Canada (46 per cent). Bricker noted that Trudeau’s inability to gain ground in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba — where his party holds less than 30 per cent support — suggests western alienation will stick around if the Liberals stay in power.

“Can they win seats in urban Alberta, urban Saskatchewan or urban Manitoba?” he asked. “They want to form a truly national government, (but) leaving that part of the population out of what the victory is going to be, we’ll continue on with the same problems that we currently have

Not really. You would find it surprising that many of my church friends are quite liberal. Some are even gay or LGBT or whatever the proper idiom is currently. Oddly, I haven’t done a scientific study but I am confident we have far more Democrats in our church than Republicans. Thing is, these liberal friends work jobs every day or work their farms, they go to church on Sunday, put up a Christmas tree every December, complain about rising costs like everyone else, and most of all, they don’t judge me negatively for thinking as I do. “Normal” is defined differently in everybody’s home…. Being force fed an agenda is not “normal”. Being judged harshly because I don’t think in line with the current popular fad is not “normal”.

EXACT! BINGO! Normal, as you say, has no meaning. What you think is "normal" means exactly nothing to others. You aren't the average Joe, you aren't the middle of the road, you certainly aren't the majority of anything. You are no better or worse than those you judge. But you somehow see yourself as the yardstick that everyone else is measured by because...why?
Maybe you're comfortable in your small town and nothing changes and everything is how you remember it. That isn't the way the world works no matter how many times you come here and lament the passing of time. Is it just possible that you, like so many other white men see the world moving past them and it frightens you? That isn't my judgement of you or any other small town white population, it is what the people who study prevailing attitudes say people of a certain demographic are reacting to. They can't tolerate change and they can't tolerate change that they perceive as leaving them behind. If someone black, or brown, or olive-skinned person gets a piece of the American pie in any fashion, there are those that can only see less pie for themselves, less pie for the real owners of this country, white men. I'm not saying this about you specifically, but you sure have a pronounced aversion to change that these folks also share. Do you stare at people with blue hair, nose rings, or people who present androgynously? They are out there, and they are more and more common. You may not say anything to them directly, but what goes on in your head? I wonder?
Not trying to challenge you just trying to understand your thought process.

Had to go back. Missed this, not ignoring you.

You seriously didn't see her speak at the white nationalist conference and then make every excuse for doing so? You couldn't have missed that. What excuses did you accept from her?

Regardless of her views, she has a right to be heard. I'm no way in favor of single-payer healthcare. If she (or anyone else) wants me to accept shitty quality and "woke" physicians...I'll tell you how to do it. Simply explain how universal healthcare will give me the healthcare I want...at the price I wanna pay. Screw everything else!

Sorry, but AOC is nothing but a good-looking, wrong-headed spokesperson for the nation's freeloaders.

I can't invest any confidence in a representative whose "adult" perspective is built upon 10 years of listening to the ramblings of drunks across a bar top. That's where she gleaned her body of knowledge from? A bunch of escapists? We need solutions from people who work through problems . . . not from people who drink to forget about them.

Stop killing the messengers and listen to what is actually happening for a change. It's not like Fox will ever report this. You can't live your entire life with only one source for news. Grow up and put your big boy pants on this morning. You do this every time.

Hundreds of Yale Law Students Disrupt Bipartisan Free Speech Event
Nearly two-thirds of student body sign letter in support of rowdy protest

    Yale Law School
    March 16, 2022 2:50 pm

More than 100 students at Yale Law School attempted to shout down a bipartisan panel on civil liberties, intimidating attendees and causing so much chaos that police were eventually called to escort panelists out of the building.

The March 10 panel, which was hosted by the Yale Federalist Society, featured Monica Miller of the progressive American Humanist Association and Kristen Waggoner of the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a conservative nonprofit that promotes religious liberty. Both groups had taken the same side in a 2021 Supreme Court case involving legal remedies for First Amendment violations. The purpose of the panel, a member of the Federalist Society said, was to illustrate that a liberal atheist and a conservative Christian could find common ground on free speech issues.

"It was pretty much the most innocuous thing you could talk about," he added.

That didn’t stop nearly 120 student protesters from crowding into the event.

When a professor at the law school, Kate Stith, began to introduce Waggoner, the protesters, who outnumbered the audience members, rose in unison, holding signs that attacked ADF. The nonprofit has argued—and won—several Supreme Court cases establishing religious exemptions from civil rights laws, most famously Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission in 2018.
