No. Opt out options only give the states (via the elected, bought and paid for lobbyists) a way to fragment the effort and destroy it little by little, rather than fight the stronger and united federal effort to reform the corrupt system. Erosion...rust...cancer......enabling the rich elite to hide in the shadows and fight smaller pieces of the effort. People of Jerry Falwell's caliber would re-organize and try to induce their "moral majority" to further manipulation through renewed ignorance. Gotta strike while the iron's hot. If profit can be privatized and losses can be socialized, then no opting out of , unless you guys want to share your elitists' mega wealth 'CEO style' with the rest of society instead of carving it all up amongst your perverted selves. We all need to band together against the elites' tyranny if we ever hope to defeat it.
Isn't power to the states & elected local officials the vision our founding fathers had for this country? Aren't powers not specifically given the federal govn't supposed to revert back to the states?
I thought you guys maintained that the power comes from the cash? So wouldn't the power come from the richest few? Oh yeah.....capitalism!!!
Absolutely not...that's not what I believe...never said that or implied that. Power comes from the people and the govn't should be accountible to the people. Power needs to be vested on the most local basis possible (depending on the issue). Govn't control & interference as it relates to the individual should be limited. If I don't want to particiapte in a govn't program why should I be forced into it? Can you deny that we will both be involuntarily compelled to join the bureaucracy, under penalty of law?
Which individual are you referring to here Sparky. An ACTUAL individual or the corporate LEGAL definition that the corporate rapists lay claim to for more sinister purposes?
Other than the one from your hat, is there a point here? I was simply pointing out where you were wrong yet again but you, of course, just ramble instead of addressing this or any other issue being debated on this forum.
