    No Peter! He "PREDICTED" it. Campaign promises are simply for public consumption at a convenient time for a convenient reason. It's like believing the rhetoric of your opponent. They are going to misconstrue everything about you to put you in the worst possible light usually in the strongest possible terms that exaggerate the actual situation. If you haven't learned to read between the lines of campaign rhetoric these days, you really shouldn't be voting.
