The Middle Class Dilemma

I decided to "semi-retire" and left the bank at the end of '08. I now work for an engineering & consulting firm. I'm certainly not the owner of the business but in my position I do make personnel decisions on a daily basis. Contrary to moen's deeply held beliefs, we do not make staffing decisions based on race, sex, religion, socio-economic roots or anything else...we want the brighest & the best candidates out there- end of story.
