The better pessimist: Democrats or TV media?

well the biggest problem in africa with having aids is lack of information(i know you are saying no duh but)
alotof the people think that if 2 out of te 3 of their kids die before they are 5 then to keep their family line going then need to have more kids and up the chance of survival.

and that is strange about the religious couples having more kids .other than the religions that forbid the use of contraceptives.

a couple of reasons for this are(and this is just a guess):
-non religious people having less of a problem with abortion(although i think this would only make up a small percent)
-less relations ending with marriage and hence familys(again i think only being a small percent)

 

Danr, the food is horrible is Sweden, bring a ham sandwich with you.

RAmbo, lets look at New York City. White/Spanish population - Those who live in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn that have neighborhoods that cater to the single life style tend to vote democrat and be a bit leftist. Those who get married in their twenties and raise a family tend to vote republican and tend to be conservative.

 

I would NEVER say that we should copy them lock step, but they have had their own trial and error process and made a lot of mistakes for us, now all we have to do is copy what works.

 

What about those Swedish meatballs?

 

I've had them and there is more bread crumbs then meat.

I have spent time in Sweden and I could not say that I enjoyed it.
They say they have a high standard of living but try to get an ice cube in the summer and try to have heat on in the winter. Bring alot of sweaters.
