States to compete for extra stimulus dollars

    Yeah, why educate them when we can just indoctrinate them? That will ensure a steady supply of Democrats. :p

    The more educated a person is the more they are independant and self supportive. That makes them more conservative, the only highly educated people who vote Liberal/socialist are those who feel guilty for their own success, like they feel they didn't earn what they have.

    Take actors for example, most of them are socialists because they didn't earn their millions so they thing anyone else with money must not have earned their money either.
