    I'm sure that the bomber was justified in blowing up the cops. I bet they were trying to provoke the bomber into getting arrested for disturbing the peace.

    if they wanted to blow up cops, wouldn't it be easier to plant the bomb in a donut shop?

    The bombers girlfriend works at the donut shop, so he had to go to plan B.
