    With regard to the US:

    (A) Can't no treaty be passed without approval of the US Senate.

    (B) Can't no money be raised or spent without approval of the US House.

    (C) Can't no treaty be upheld which the courts find in violation of the US
    Constitution.

    (D) Executives and bureaucrats can plot around all they want, but remember
"comprehensive immigration reform" (amnesty for the millions imported
since the last, 1988 or '9, amnesty, and new millions to be imported with
their families as "guest workers" who would "go home" after five years)?

Find out just what any people will quietly submit to
and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong
which will be imposed upon them.

    Things can be overlooked:

I know you believe you understand what you think I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not
    what I meant.
