That's why people like you can never be judges. You don't see the law, you only see your own bigotry.
Don't be stupid! Queers are human beings just as you and I and they deserve the same treatment. What they do in private is their business and I wish all of them a loving relationship. However, when some scumbag tries to get a baker to go against their belief WHEN OTHER OPTIONS were available...I say piss off.
You call it bigotry. I call it common sense. You agreed to the contract, you did not perform. YOU GET FIRED and get out of my court! It is not complicated Joe.
This country wasn’t founded on “ the separation of church and state “. Period!!! This country was founded on religious freedom and…. Yet another display of your ignorance… No, at this point, your absolute stupidity about the founding of this country.
Then why aren't we a theocracy Einstein? Oh, I can't answer that. I'll just call everyone that doesn't agree with me stupid 'cause that is always a sign of intelligence.

Many people are completely ignorant of the founding of our country. Joe is an excellent example of what uneducated "citizens" (unfortunately) believe. Rather than getting educated, we have to indulge their ignorance. Heck, when someone is making a total fool of themselves, it is fun to read. Please Joe, my we have you post more nonsense.
Show me where the word "God" appears in the Constitution oh educated one. Funny omission for a country founded on a diety. Oh. you lunatics and your Christian wet dreams.
It is not in the constitution because THE CONSTITUTION CAME YEARS AFTER THE FOUNDING OF OUR COUNTRY. But you knew that right? You are just playing dumb in order to take "shots" at the educated people here right? Dealing with you and your ilk get's very tiresome.
@JoeNation Post your nonsense and start a new thread? Do you have anything else to say about God and the founding of my country?
Although the words "separation of church and state" don't appear, it is implicit in the first amendment. Any laws favoring one religious belief over another or prohibiting free exercise of a religion are unconstitutional. Not being able to pick favorites means you can't legislate on religious grounds. So technically this ballgame thing could be interpreted to be constitutional, but it means you have to also allow the Jewish, Muslim, Hindi, Scientologist, Satanist, etc. to lead your kids in prayer. There's also an argument that might see this issue back in court. This ruling, while neutral in theory, in practice favors Christianity as it is the vastly dominant religion. In all, this is a real can of worms that was not worth opening and will probably be undone in time. As I shared before, it can also be detrimental to kids who don't share the faith being practiced.
Learn your history, yet again. We officially declared independence on July 4, 1776. On Sept 9,1776 the second Continental Congress officially named us The United States. In 1777 Morocco recognized the United States as independent. In February 1778 France recognized us as independent leading to other European countries recognitions. Britain officially recognized the US in 1883. So when was the Constitution ratified?????
So, you googled some additional details that do not dispute anything I said and yet try and chastise me for ....something? Do you just want to be included? Attention starved again.
Where is the sensitivity in this? When eleven kids find a small comfort in their coach speaking words of safety and good sportsmanship and happens to have his head bowed….. One kid doesn’t….. Are we supposed to ignore the needs of the eleven? That is the definition of anti-sensitivity is it not?…. And this is coming from a guy that has prayed with little league teams since before the turn of the century….. I’ll tell you straight up. I am extremely tuned into the kids and their parents. The absolute last thing I want to do is make either uncomfortable. It is far too easy for a person in a leadership position to find himself in a legal situation when intentions are misconstrued. In other words, I know a little about what I am saying here…. Seriously, do we ignore what’s best for the many to pacify the sensitivities of the few?
This is exactly what the leftist are ALL ABOUT. Drag shows for kindergarteners, whitey is the problem, CRT……
