I know a good bit about test development. You don't have a test as much as you have a joke. Call it what you want Midas, it isn't anymore valid than a three dollar bill. Cmon Andy, that creep wants to get rid of the estste tax, and took away much of the tax on dividends, all the while asking the poor to give their lives and limbs for his personal revenge on Saddam. Kerry would not have worked on behalf of the wealthiest 2% and you know that.
Danr, um...could you name one president democrat or republician where the rich did not do well under or were protected. Lets get real. Ok, now lets look at the dividend tax. First I am taxed on the money I make. Then I am taxed on any paper profit, most people do dividend reinvestment, that I might have shown from the already taxed money. Then on top of that when I do cash out I have to pay another tax on any profits shown on that orginal money. Then if I die, that money gets taxed even again. And you know what. All the time that money is being taxed there never is any adjustments on it for how it is worth less from inflation.
And I guess you haven't noticed that Michael Moore has become a very rich guy himself with his scripted movies that he passes off as docs. Now if Michael Moore is so concerned about the people, why is he so fat when so many are hungry. Why does he allow himself to be so rich when so many are poor. He's a self-rightous scam.
Oh yes he would have. His wife just happens to be among that 2%, and he sure toes the line when she puts her foot down. When she says "jump" he don't even bother to come down until she says he can.

Your wife is a College Professor and she made up an exam for one of her classes. You slept along side her last night, and the information was transfered be oscilation or ossification or..oh well, you get the idea.
Ok throw the rich a bone now and then, that is fine, but W has taken this to a whole new level. As for the divs, most American workers hold their stocks in 401k or IRA where divs are not taxed (for the most part, but I won't go to far on the tax thing) W's div law helps those who hold stocks outside these accounts, in other words the wealthy.
I see where you are coming from, but I really see the guy as sincere, if you saw the flick you'd see that his arguments are very well thought out and worthy of your attention. The hype around the film did it a disservice. You really do not understand what this film means for a huge portion of the American population, he is the voice of just under 1/2 of America. Millions of us see this film as THE accurate history of our time. In 100 years this is what people will look at to get the real story.
Well, Dan I know how it galls you to think that I know anything at all and you know how I love to satiate your curiosity, so I’ll tell you. I developed an intimate knowledge of test and analytic instrument creation as a research associate at U.C.S.F. while my wife was working on her Doctorate. So I guess in one sense we were sort of in bed together after all. Some of us haven't spent our entire lives in a corral Dan.
I was right all along! Another government grant (redistribution of OUR hard earned tax dollars) gone haywire. Taking a quote from Ghostbusters as they were about to lose their government grant..."You never worked in the private sector, it's not easy...they expect results!" Believe me, I had my share of college professors and research has-beens like Meon that couldn't make it in the real world. Their common thread among them...they all believed in the world of "widgets" and what is best for everybody...especially spending money that is NOT their own!
I enjoy your sense of humor. It can be very intelligent and when you are on you are hot. However, I am deeply sadden to have read about your time that you served in San Francisco . Is this when it all happened? Was it just the daily pounding of leftism or were you actually in one of those low protein diet brainwashing camps. Oh. I'm sorry. San Francisco was the best 5 years of my life. I lived about 50 feet from the pacific ocean and my two oldest sons were both born in good old SF. My left leaning is purely a result of being born and raised in the liberal bastion of Minnesota. A better state you'll never find.
Like I said before...your beliefs are the result of your liberal upbringing and environment where you and fellow professors sat around trying to figure out why the rest of the world are not as smart as you. You thrive on spending other people's money and live a life of take, take, take from tax paying producers of this country where these monies are handed out with a "compassion" label. Meanwhile, all of your ideas have made an entire class of people totally dependent on the government. These people want liberals like you to take care of them and provide everything they need...of course at the expense of people that work hard and pay taxes. Your solution to war? Surrender and ask the U.N. Your solution to eduction? More money. Your solution to the homeless (structurely denied)? More money. Your solution to immigration? More money with a compassionate border policy. After all, these are targets of "your people" as the best method to add new "left" voters is by simply promising more social programs for people that will eventually pay nothing for them. Your solution to heathcare? Socialized medicine and more money. Do you ever suggest a program that allows the American taxpayer a choice what to do with their money? NEVER!! So it must be great thinking you are smarter than people that work harder, work longer and make smart business decisions because all you need is more revenue to spend...especially when YOU don't pay for it.
Why do those that feel they are more intelligent have to remind everyone with every post they make? Why do those that feel they are more intelligent insist on being constantly rude and defensive? Why do those that feel they are more intelligent always feel their opinion is more important than anyone elses? Why do those that feel they are more intelligent constantly remind everyone what they have done, who they know, where they have gone to school, etc.? Why do those that feel they are more intelligent always talk to others as if they are sub-human and repeatedly insult someone's way of life? I would hate to see how they treat people they actually know! I'll take a smart, "street-wise" person with common sense over an intelligent "know it all" with no sense anyday.
