An illegal alien and key worker for scandal-plagued Providence mayor David "Fat Sissy" Cicilline has been held without bail on charges of orchestrating an illegal driver's licence scam which peddled fake driver's licenses to illegal aliens, a key element of Fat Sissy's political base. Meanwhile trial is pending for Fat Sissy's brother and Uncle Joe on federal charges they conspired with Sissy's police force to frame people and fix cases. Also pending trial is Marcus Huffman, a large black Sissy supporter who was left on the police force despite a series of child molestation and assault charges and convictions only to be charged with the armed, on duty rape of a teenage girl earlier this year.
