Where's Henry Ross Perot when you need him? Give that fellow a stick with an alligator foot on it and sack full of potato chips, "errr hmmm, computer chips" and he'd change the world, and almost did in 1992... For the "newer members' of the forum... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ross_Perot#1992_presidential_candidacy
that guy, a 50c a year tax hike on gas for three years to lower the federal deficit, didn't he realize that cost of interstate business affects end user prices, big eared moron
Perot is a self made billioniare (with a "b"), I promise you he knows more about it than you I or anyone posting here.
Ross was one of the first to recognize the problems with NAFTA and the other so called "free trade" agreements that have led to enormous systemic-threatening trade deficits. I think he was a good man and a patriotic American. Obviously, he would never be permitted to get even close to the White House. The two party system is a closed one, protected by the media in return for access. Anyone and everyone who attempts to run for high office who is not pre-approved by the party elite will be villified by the press or made to look like a fool. No third party candidate will ever be allowed to win the presidency.
