Putin or his double, looked like an old man close too death. Hilarious to see the North Koreans outclassing their Russkie counterparts in parade. Then you see the N. Korean generalissimos bedecked in medals to cover entire uniform! A German wearing just the Knights Cross would equal 10K NK medals. Communism at its best I guess......
Or they award medals for murder and torture like Vasiley Bholkin NKVD General, personally shot 25K Polish officers in 1940 Katyn Forest massacre, plus another 100K for Stalin 1935-53.
