There is such a thing in the legal World called "fighting words". Depending on the state, and the judge, you may indeed be found guilty of a crime for instigating a fight. That said, if I was a biker and you came in picking a fight, you'd find one, @#$% the law. I know some bikers btw, 1%ers, and in a major gang (no, I will not say which), and I'm also friends with some of their property...so if you're determined, I could set that up for ya.
