I watched Putin's scripted " 4 1/2 hr. townhall" Pretty one could sum it up as Lies, more lies caped by his cult leader like hold over the Russian audience. He was honest about many things also. He stated Russia was a superior civilization on the planet, he also said "God is always on Russian side" Then he showed his true colors by naming European leaders as piglets ready for slaughter. He stated that Russia's enemies are same as in " the same as in Great Patriotic War" Then, the lies, Russian military is best and can destroy any other, that 700K volunteered for SMO just in 2025 . Also the scripted questions, just as he ordered, one Russian officer in front row, said he was shocked at how Ukrainian forces where raping, murdering civilians in Provkosh (think it was other way around) Unlike Hitler, Putin keeps very calm, almost angelic in his speech. He kept eyeing the pretty blonde interviewer, probably will invite her to his palace, which ever is closer. Now compare that to your POTUS. Wonder how long Putin would keep his cool or anger under real scrutiny. Of Trump cannot have media people he dislike murdered like the Kremlin Czar. That is the difference between "absolute power" and democracy. Oh, God! Stupid me, I almost forgot.... Putin actually stated that he would stop bombing and killing people in Ukraine. If, Zelenskyy holds an election, BUT wait there is more.... He said there are 15M Ukrainians inside Russia who MUST get their chance to vote. Now, how pray tell would that work? SAme as Putins election, where ballots boxes were stuffed with Putin votes? Or like his referendum vote in 2023 occupied Donets, Russian soldiers with guns watching you fill out ballot? Dream on....
