Maybe if the election was versus Clinton in a good economy. But versus Obama in a bad economy? I am dubious that the Medicare rhetoric (which doesn't really seem to affect current seniors anyway) will be the issue that flips the senior vote to Obama in Florida in a bad economy.

Besides, Ryan has that cute, Eddie Munster look going on that Grandma's just love. They will be pinching his cheeks and saying awwwww by October.

 

Oh and I do like your avatar. I get the Ryan/Eddie thing but I must say that I have always thought Biden was a dead ringer for Herman. More so than Romney by a long shot. They should absolutely play the Munsters theme at the VP debate.

Not a big deal, I just think it's nice if you agree with your VP on key issues. But then I don't think Ryan is about the economy, I think he's there to make the Baggers and the theocrats feel better about voting for Mittens.
