No I don't know the rest of the story. Whatever story he was telling had me drawn in like a moth to a naked flame. I will sorely miss his commentaries and wisdom. America has lost yet another radio legend.
That's so weird. I really hadn't paid much attention to Paul Harvey for years and on Friday I read his wikipedia page and was planning on catching his commentary more often. Guess that won't be happening.
My mom loved Paul Harvey. Whenever she and I drove anywhere together, she would put Paul Harvey on the radio and I would pretty much fall asleep instantly. I think it was his voice that did it to me! I'm a terrible person.
