If I wanted to buy a car designed and built by government bureaucrats, I would have bought a Volga... when I was in the U.S.S.R. in 1990.
I know ! I do apologise for my recent conduct there but after 2000 posts I felt my boredom threshold was just about at its limits and decided to go out with a bang ! I may be hanging up my boots there anytime soon after I see what the aftermath is ! Even ken is getting to be a bit of a bore now so he may get the chop as well ! Keeping in character for so long without letting up can be draining ! Even being a twat like Mutton or Chopper loses its charm after a while ! I find all the racist twats and homophobes a bit trying at times .You'll notice I never used the N word once I find it abhorrent and I never ever posted porn ( the animated one of the real muttonshutter was only animated by me I never posted the original - I think it was you- I once got on one of your photobucket accounts I think - it was so long ago ! ) Anyway I feel if anyone goes on those kind of sites anything goes ! Only I tend to take it further than the norm ! Au revoir !
Dammit! I thought we were gonna mud wrestle? *sobs big salty tears* I guess you aren't into circus freaks either...I cry.
? Change of plans once again but as for now Ken is like the dead parrot - E's passed on! Ken is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace!
My grandfather, who served in the Pacific, recently told me that my great-uncle Tom landed with the rest of the 29th on Omaha Beach. Tom fell in the D-Day invasion near Sainte-Honorine-des-Pertes, or that's what is assumed to have happened.
It's mind boggling to envision the magnitude of the loss of life that day. Your great uncle gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
My dad was 15 years old when the invasion happened. He joined the Civil Service to help the evacuation of the civilian population to bomb shelters should that need to occur. He went on drives to collect cans (tin), rubber and other essentials for the war. At the age of 17 the the war was over but he joined the Navy. He finished his enlistment and then joined the Army Air Corp which evolved into the Air Force where he was involved in the Berlin Air drops feeding impoverished Germans unlucky enough to be on the wrong side of the street. He spent the next 25 years in the Air Force. Kids today have no conception what it's like to live in the fear of war or oppression. They don't understand the sacrifices our parents and grandparents endured.
