I think it says a lot about how much he hates America. From his perspective America's government is evil, and would have no qualms about taking out foreign leaders using any method they could... which isn't far from the truth. The U.S. will do whatever they can to remove foreign leaders they feel are not friendly to America, that's no secret. Spreading, or causing, cancer though, while it is not impossible, is not one of the usual methods. It would be considered bio-warfare and illegal, not that that has stopped the U.S. and other countries in the past, it just means they try not to anymore. It's more likely environmental factors and/or a genetic predisposition caused his cancer, and not a U.S. plot. But tell that to someone who hates the U.S. lol
No people in Latin America have any reason to trust the United States unless they are part of a RW authoritarian regime and Chavez doesn't fit that mold. But he can change that. All he has to do to win the support and protection of Washington is to can the nut job rhetoric and make it clear that he understands that there is no Venezuelan oil, there is only American oil. Then he'll be set for life.
Definitely is getting paranoid. Of all things to accuse. As if it were airborne or something. It's sad to hear when people are dealing with such fatal diseases but to start pointing fingers like that is just plain wrong and stupid.
