Cheese IS good HM. Can't say I've ever had a Vermont extra sharp white cheddar. I have had some darn good New York and Wisconsin sharp cheddars though. I love a cheese that bites back. Has anyone here ever had Venezuelan beaver's milk cheese?
I would love to see them milking beaver LOL do they have milking palours or is it all done by hand Also how many beavers does it take to make a pound of cheese LOL

I got a book by Chester Marcol, a former Packer living in my area. He had a book-signing here so my gf had it signed and gave it to me for Christmas. I've never formally met him, but I'm 99% (the 99%ers) sure I've seen him around at least a dozen times over the years, and being in a small community the 'degrees of seperation' is only one or two. He's related to people at my gf's work place, and his 'rock' (sobriety guidance councilor or whatever) is someone I knew as a kid.
Yeah. Not much drama in that game. The Bears will have to get very lucky to beat the Vikes this week.
