13-0......in a slaughter! Pre-game I had it down for a 41-14 victory, and wasn't far off (46-16)... I'm due for a real bad guess.
So the slaughter house team is doing veal good this year. They are a cut above the rest. A Prime Choice team. ok, I am getting bored again.
Hunslet Hawks Club Rugby and this is the team I guess. It appears that De Orc has more interests other then the lovely collection of banknotes he has.
When it comes to sports, I really only pay attention to the Big Three....the NFL, Women's Beach Volleyball, and Curling.
(Tries to remember name)...I wanna sayyyy ...Anna Soda-something... Russian Women's Curling in 2010 I think. Just 'cause I thought she was cute lol
The game is on, but I can't get it... I don't know the score, and haven't watched any KC games (so I don't know how well they play)... BUT... I'll take a wild shot in the dark guess and say Packers 31 Chiefs 23. I'd consider it pure luck to get within 14 points of that lol
lol ...and I was only a little off on the score ...ok, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy off First loss in a year of playing... and it had to happen sooner or later. 14 to 19 though, no score (for the Packers) in the first half, ouch. From what little I could glean from tickers it looked like the Packer's defense did their job, only allowing one touchdown and 4 field goals, though that's a guess ...last I saw KC had 3 field goals to the Packers' one TD. So it was the offense that must have struggled against KC's defense, who may provide a blueprint now for other teams to use against the Packers. Shut it
In a nutshell. De Orc was referring to the only real sport when he mentioned the Hawks. That would be ice hockey. Hawks being the Blackhawks and they won again today. In American football the Bears sucked and lost again. No surprise. The Packers lost to KC and the the Colts won. Next week the Packers should kick the snot out of the Bears. In the meantime real men playing the real sport for Chicago (the Blackhawks) play against Pittsburgh on Tuesday and Montreal on Wednesday. I'd love to see ANY NFL team play back to back games in two days. Especially in different cities as the Hawks will do. Just saying.
Hockey is big in my area... Houghton is the site of the first professional team. Hell, I lost most of the sight in an eye from hockey lol
