The elite left is always for increasing taxes because the tax increases are leveled against earnings & not wealth. Most of the elite left is wealthy beyond comprehension but don't earn a wage, they live off family wealth so they are uneffected iwhen income taxes are raised and a vast majority of their voting block doesn't earn enough to be effected. What they vehemently oppose is a tax on consumption because that is where both ends of the left's spectrum would really feel it.

And there you have it...Moen can't even acknowledge simple IRS facts from the IRS website itself and yet again, ignores a simple question to explain to us how much MORE taxes need to be paid when the top 50% of all wage earners already pay almost 98% of all taxes collected?? Yes...a liberal two step is again in action. Just wait for more!

Apparently the likes of Moen doesn't believe that America is the land of opportunity.

You do the work and you get the rewards. If Moen and his liberal chums wants to share, that's their business. There are no laws on the books in America requiring the wealthy to share all of their blood, sweat and tears with everybody...yet. Trust me...liberals want MORE and MORE of your money, never less.

Of course if liberals like Moen get their way, anybody that succeeds will be mandated to share their fruits of their labor with their supporters which are low-lifes, bums and other social vermin.

It is the full intention of liberals like B.O. to take everything in the possession of the wealthy and just start handing it over to lazy, worthless, unproductive, leeches in America. And college professors and the likes of Moen backing this stupidity every step of the way...because they have this crazy notion they are smarter and know best how to spend other people's money.

I read one day that University of Connecticut sociology professor Susan Eisenhandler told the A.P. if the wealthy actually needs to have so much space to live a good life. There are homeless people. There are impoverished people. There are serious social concerns, and we're not addressing that she said!

It is people like Professor Eisenhandler and other "educated" liberals who are the ruination of America. The bleeding heart liberal B.S. is getting so deep that it is getting harder and harder to accomplish anything in America anymore. The foundation of America is that anybody who can come up with the idea to make life better should be entitled to profit from his or her idea. Unfortunately, What stupid liberal cohorts propose is more socialism and a government take over of everything.

So I will ask Moen another question...I will keep it simple. In what nation was the airplane invented? In what nation was the automobile perfected? In what nation was the vaccine for polio discovered? In what nation was penicillin discovered? In what nation was the light bulb invented? In what nation was the telephone invented? In what nation was the Internet established?

The answer to all of those questions is The United States of America. Not Russia, not China, not Japan, not India, not any nation in Europe. The United States of America. Has it ever occurred to anyone that the industrial revolution only happened in the last 230 years because of the innovation that was allowed to reign freely in the United States? Without that kind of freedom, we would still be riding horses, writing with quill pens and inkwells, burning candles for light, chopping wood with an axe and all dying by the age of 40 from diseases that have no cure.

It is because of the free-enterprise system of America that the entire world is a better place. Stupid liberals don't want to believe that because they are invested in the total and unilateral defeat of America on all fronts...military, social and economic. They will not rest until the United States is the same desolate, hopeless, rundown, bankrupt nation that was once the Soviet Union and East Germany. When that happens then everyone will be homeless and impoverished.

But liberals will be happy because they will be able to hold hands and say it is "fair".

It began in the United Kingdom with the invention of the steam engine midas, ever heard of Thomas Newcomen, Richard Arkwright, James Watt, Richard Trevithick or Henry Cort! and the roots of it began with the afore mentioned Thomas Newcomen in about 1710 so thats some 300 years ago this year

Excuse me...I was talking about the United States...however, if that is all you have as a retort to what I posted, I am good with that. Glad you agree with the main body of the post itself.

Strange that it actualy reads like this

Now that is a claim that the Industrial Revolution began because of inovations in the United States!! Yet the reality is the innovations and free enterprise were given free reign in the United Kingdom. Try reading up on Mercantilism or Manchester Liberalism You might recognise one or two of the names as the fouders of the ideals of free trade like Adam Smith & Richard Cobden, have you ever heard of Laissez faire?
While this was going on in Europe America was embrasing Alexander Hamiltons American School , they favoured creation of a government sponsored bank and increased tariffs to favor northern industrial interests.
Hardly what one would call free trade now is it?
I am quite happy to acknowladge that America was the home of the assembly line but that came much later with Mr Ford

Now as for the rest of your post no were did I even sugest that I agree or disagree, can I ask what your problem is with the truth?
