OJ Guilty on all 12 counts !!

I gotta say I am shocked.

 

I am too, I thought the evidence against him was flimsy, the witnesses questionable in character etc. And there is always the appellate process which will tie up his actually going to prison for sometime. I was also rather surprised that he was not remanded on bail, as his attorney wanted.

He probably did do what was alleged, but it can be argued based on the audiotapes that the police were looking to pin him.

 

I do not know why he was found guilty. Didn't his lawyer tell the jury that the glove doesn't fit and who is going to look for the real kidnappers If OJ is locked up?

 

This case had very very little theatrics compared to the first time they tried to squeeze the Juice. Remember, "We are having Fung today" ? We all learned the definition of terms like "sidebar" etc. Curiously enough, while the OJ trial was going on, I was serving on a coroner's jury in Texas. This time justice prevailed and a 21 year old is now a 34 year old residing in Huntsville for the rest of his life.

You are missing the point, I think the so called victim once said the word nigger when singing a rap song in his car on the way to work. Why was this not let out at the trial. Why did the judge stay with the facts and kept the trial sane?

If you think about it the worse thing for OJ was that Obama is on the media path to be president and the radical activists see a bigger money train to be made, along with that 700 plus billion dollar give away. You know they will have their hand in that till with homes going to welfare, and management companies that they will control for back mortages with others etc.

I agree with the serious part: that it is in the best interests of Obama if the OJ trial was a small affair and that all those community activists stay away. The big pay day has happened with that bail out and more is on the way once Obama has a chance to redistruitbe the weatlh. Excuse my english.

Then where are all of the community activitists protesting that OJ was just trying to get back what was stolen from him. (Even if he still commited a crime).

No where for they do not want OJ in the news.
No where for it will remind people that Obomba was a community activist and the link to Al sharpton would not do him well.
