Hmm well this certainly isn't the case with my grandparents. Mine live in a small house with only social security and a small retirement plan to keep them a float amidst ever increasing prices and mounting medical bills.

Regardless it's not a question of who has money. The OWS movement speaks more toward money acquired as the direct result of unfair and unethical banking practices, and the use of that money to buy out politicians. My grandmother doesn't own any politicians.

I thought OWS spoke to student loan debt (or do you include that industry in "unfair and unethical banking practices"?).

I am way richer than my kids. However, they don't seem to let that fact bother them. In fact, they have actually embraced this economic intergenerational disparity by regularly draining my wallet. It seems that they are doing everything in their power to change this economic inequality. As my wealth decreases, their wealth increases. I'm sure we'll meet some place in the middle right about the time they start thinking about ending my miserable existence to collect their inheritances. The jokes on them though. I'm leaving it all to the cat and my eventual stepchildren from my eventual trophy wife. :D

Student loan debt is one of the many issues being talked about by OWS. As far as it being unfair or unethical, it's certainly predatory if it's nothing else. The whole idea that we all need to go to a university to get a degree in something that most of the time could be learned in a trade school I think is absurd.

However, the main agenda I've seen coming out of the OWS movement usually has to do with getting money out of politics.
