Well, I actually think it is one of the few things he has done that seems 'Un-Presidential'. More like a candidate than a President.
The teleprompter gave Obama some advice/bad lines to recite on this one. Who is behind it? WH communications chief Anita Dunn (who praises Mao in her speeches) and David Axelrod (who takes the criticism of the administration personally because most of the policy comes from him). Fox News is always the first to call Obama on one of his "missteps" and to report on the past of his appointees, people, pet organizations and confidants. No wonder they want to marginalize the network. If you want the latest fashion & entertainment news there is always the network morning shows.
You seem to know alot about this news network even though you claim you dont watch it much. What fox newscasters dont do is report news. They just give thier opinions on news. To get a story you need to watch a news network or read the paper, then go to Fox news to get thier opinion on the story. They are the editorial page of TV news.
I believe this Obama person to be so incredibly evil and threat to all that I hold dear, such that I'll side with any one agan't 'im! I don't even take cable, nor receive useful signals on my old crank-style, kerosene powered TV. But I take their side on all things now since the right people hate them. Go FOX, whoever you are. May Obama and his fiends fail in their quest!
Yes, of course... watch the networks and read the papers for the "news." Tom Brokaw on TV, Marleen Dowd in print... NY Times, LA Times. All those "objective" news sources. Surely one shouldn't watch Fox before verifying the objective purity with Bob Woodward and friends in the Washington Pissed. Laugh. Just turn the knob on the radio to Rush, all else is relative. (I keep a ringside seat with a subscription to the "Dittocam" and with a good view of the golden EIB microphone... hat removed and over my heart as I say it).
Seems we have a parade of ignorance here. Fox has broke more proven factual news storys recently......than any other network. Keep you prole heads in the sand and be a prole forever. Why display your ignorance and attack the messanger if you dont like the message? The level of intellect on this forum has dropped drastically recently. The sheeple are still sheeple I see. Jack....agreed that ignorance does seem to be on parade. But Fox? I actually used to watch them regularly. I don't any more. At the time.,I thought they presented their version of the news in a more entertaining fashion. I eventually realized that "entertaining" was mostly what they were doing. Mr. Hannity's cutting off and talking over people, O'reilly's arrogance, and the overall far right slant did me in and finally broke the camels back, so to speak. I thought they "colored" any truth very far right...so much so that I found I couldn't rely on their "take" on the news. I admit the rest aren't much better...but Fox...they're basically just an extension of the RNC. News content? Not much there IMHO. I also agree on the intelluct. ,and I don't worship my leader..there haven't been any to worship for some time now.

I dont read columnists or the op/ed. Just news. Fox doesnt supply just news. Thats thier pull for viewers who share thier opinions.
No matter your political beliefs or which arty is in office, it is probably not a bad idea to get your news from various sources and to include an opposition source in the mix too.
Yup! I've heard this "Fox doesn't report news bit" so many F'n times I could scream. Yes, very good. They have the highest rated 'commentators' on at night that have shows specifically designated for 'commentary.' So the libs think they've nailed it on this one. Yet during the day it's news reporting as normal. They pick the part out they want to argue and that's that. Then they really think they've got a solid argument! LOL! What a joke. If Fox is so worthless and non-newsworthy, why would the administration bother with them and cause the fire storm? If they don't matter and nobody cares, I don't see what there was to gain by sticking their necks out and causing outrage?? Wait, why was there outrage? But nobody asks these simple questions.
