Best part is after being released to Saudi Arabia and going through and passing their program to rehabilitate Jihadists, he not only went to Yemen and became the #2 in command there, he helped plan the elaborate attack and bombing of the US Embassy in Yemen back in September.

Wouldn't it be better to have a plan on how to close Gitmo and what to do with the detainees before signing an order stating it will be closed in a year?

Maybe we can put them in American prisons so they can run Al Quiada factions and recruit members from inside our own country, like the current prison gangs do.
