But if violent games created a violent society, which society created the violent games?

 

People who live in a society that is willing to accept greater and greater violence etc as the years go by.

Remember the film 'Alien'? When it was first screened, people ran from the movie theaters screaming in terror.....these days it is regarded as barely scarey.

 

I can't believe someone already made a video game of my vacation. I figured I'd get a "movie of the week" or a "theatrical release" first.

 

In comparison, the "effects" of the movie pale in comparison to what can be done now.

 

They need the reality game called "where's da coat hanga? Ho is skimmin of da top!"

But I believe this stuff just makes it worse by desensitising vulnerable people.
