I have been riding it to and from work (4 miles each way). 200 mpg, 20-25 mph.

You're the cause of the automakers woes. You won't buy one of their oversized, overpriced, over-gas-guzzling wonders of monstrosity. How dare you!!!:D

I have one of those. I was riding it 12 miles each way back and forth to work until an (unrelated) injury has kept me off it for a bit. Mine only goes 15-20mph. It mostly ran on bananas and water...and it doesn't have a motor. ;)

These motorized bikes are an absolute BLAST. way more fun than you'd think. and Stu, people use these when an injury prevents peddle power.

I might look into that for mine if I am unable to ride again. Mine already has a rack that I could mount a motor on.

I would ride more around here, but I tend to stick to trails and not the roads. Roads here are an invitation to get bonked and sent to the maker.

these are a bit pricey, but worth it. This is a small business and you will talk to the owners when you make an order. If you have any problem hooking it up (or other problems) they are totally there for you.

Here's my moped that I drove back in the early 90's. Nothing could stop it, except for that Buick that pulled out in front of me. :( Got a 100 miles for a gallon of gas and 2 ounces of synthetic 2-stroke oil.
