Ok. Thank you guys. I was wrong. It seems thousands of fetuses are being aborted per month. But they are not citizens of the US according to the Constitution. So it isnt murder as far as the law is concerned.
The only JAMA articles I could find online about it referenced the Centers for Disease Control and the Alan Guttmacher Institute statistics which have already been posted here numerous times (roughly 800,000-1.2million a year ).
Under the law, it is only murder, manslaughter, assault, when someone other than the mother's doctor kills the fetus. In that case, the fetus miraculously turns into a unborn child and has rights under the Constitution.
Or unless that fetus manifests itself into someone that is anti-Bush or spouts off any opposition to the Bush doctrine.
So what you're saying is that only US citizens can be murdered in the United States? Wow. That's a unique view of the law. What is it when non-US citizens are the victims of homicide?
NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! What I am saying is that abortion is not murder. But if you want to believe the other thing, so be it. Maybe that should be a law. Way too many non citizens, anyway. Stay the hell out of my country. Now thats sarcasm!
Ah. Much clearer now. I never understood the' its murder unless a doctor performs an abortion' part. I guess its an easy charge to press. What kind of dirtbag would not consider it homicide if a pregnant mother is murdered and the baby dies?
Yeah, keeping it consistent with the abortion laws and calling it property damage wouldn't go over well, I am sure. Humans are odd creatures.
Edit:Sorry didn't see the rest of the posts on the next page before posting this. Those numbers were compiled from sources such as Planned Parenthood. I'm not sure there's anyone more pro-abortion than them. A quick search of the JAMA confirms the same. http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/full/279/1/12
David, Don't argue with the ignorant. Those Pro-Choicers are wacked out. Their responses have no basis on reason. I would type more, but I can only handle so much of their ignorance at a time.
Sniveling? LOL Not quite. I have been here for quite some time. I just got tired of putting you libs in your place.
Well, if you would like to prove a god you don't believe in, then go ahead, but that would disprove your god...therefore...prove your god. stainless
I thought abortion was the subject? Why should whether one believes in God even be an issue in the abortion argument. You'll have to take the comments of anyone who celebrates the UNCALLED FOR COMMENTS with a grain of salt.
He seems to me to get stuck on this God topic kind of like Aiden and his Pope, Lake of Fire stuff. And I find it to be just about as tolerant too.
