That's a flat out lie. "What's his names" posts are no different than mine. He is the one who resorts to the name-calling...in fact, "what's his name" is way more gulity of everything you & he accuse me of yet you never take him to task.

 

I dont lie David, not to myself nor to you lot on the forum, show me a continual series of posts where any member continualy calls you by anything other than your given on line name, then I will show you as many as you want were you do it on a regular basis.
Who exactly is whats his name? I dont recall a forum member with such a name and how do I as you put it Protect him?

Oh, and then you allow what's his name to continually violate the copyright laws without doing a thing about it. Hummmmmm???????????

 

As I dont know the 1st thing about American copyright laws I leave that one up to Peter, got a complaint in that dept then contact him, dont like the way I mod the forum contact him and complain

What's his name has taken personal attacks & name-calling to a new level yet you let it slide. Why is that? Have you ever taken him to task for some of the vile comments he has spewed? I sure don't remember a time.

Old white again how is that a insult? I am white and old but dont feel insulted if someone was to tell me that is what I am. Again as far as copyright is concerned I dont know enough about it, I dont know if what has been copied is in the public domain or not, now perhaps you would care to post links to the relevent articles that I have missed including links to the originals so I can see what is what. Rather than you just stating something is in violation try been a bit more pro active and helpful

Now the copyright issue, I guess you are telling me that you do not use your "Report" system since you have confirmed to me that it is working. If you looked at my reports, you would find the links you are asking for along with several other reports I bet you have done nothing about either.

 

Lets see the name calling I am reffering to is current and you are still using it, those you mentioned are as you say prior to the enforcement of the rules that is the difference end of argument.

It's funny to me that rlm has such an issue with other people possibly violating copyrights... yet has admitted he copies other peoples works all the time. I think most people would know the word for that type of mentality.

 

Maybe this will make sense to you. It is just like I-tunes. You pay to copy the tune. You are allowed to do with as you please on your computer. Why on earth would posting it back to where it was from be a problem? Only here I join to be allowed to copy the info. Now, Peter has posted the rules/law. Doug has posted the rules/law. If you think you know better than they, go argue with them.
