Mitt Romney: 'I'll Take A Lot Of Credit' For Auto Industry Recovery

Republican Dystopia has finally reached the point that even Republicans are scratching their heads in disbelief. The truth of the matter is that while Democrats are taught how to think, Republicans are taught what to think. So if Romney says that he will “take a lot of credit” for Detroit’s recovery, some Republicans will twist themselves into pretzels ideologically to make sure that his lies become truths in their world.

 

When you turn politics into what is essentially a faith-based religion, your leaders saying absurd and irrational things becomes normal and uncritically accepting what they say becomes second nature. Of course as you point out, uncritically is the only way in which you can accept what they say.
