Adults should not engage in sex with minors, Period!

Unfortunately this is a somewhat common occurrence. It sounds like the guy passed his background check, that there were no indications of deviant behavior, so I can't fault TSA... the parents will (I'm sure), especially at the urging of 'ambulance-chasing' lawyers. But let's not forget there were two people involved, the teen should not have engaged in sex with an adult, but apparently chose to. Ultimately, it's the adult's fault for pursuing a sexual relationship with a minor.
