I decided long ago that when I retire, I want to be a shopping mall Santa. No kidding. I love kids and I am too old and worn out to coach little league anymore. I figure I got five more years of the stress of running my place and with any luck the value of my stock in this place will keep my family comfortable for the remainder of our years. So, this year I decided I would begin growing my Santa beard in earnest. The kids below were from my church's kids Christmas party last Saturday and I believe they approved of my slow metamorphosis. I am looking forward to reaching my goal. All that to say Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Hanukah.... And hug a kid when you get the chance.

I think that you'll make a good St. Nick. Shopping Mall? Those likely won't exist in 5 years. Are there online shopping Santas? Go for the Christmas parade circuit.
