I can't see it... too much politics among too many countries with too widely varying ideas. It's not baseball. I don't think an All-Star team will work. Each nation should command its own forces. Nations can ally and collaberate, but to bring the forces of seperate nations together under a single command that is not sovereign is a recipe for disaster as well as a frightening prospect as far as each nation's liberties are concerned.
