I am shocked at how this thread has gone...It seemed to start out rather thoughtful. I was expecting to read that everyone set aside their snarkiness and wish this man all good wishes. Instead, it's still just slinging insults. It appears that most are not really comprehending the statements of others, and instead are just one-upping each other with insults. Doggone it!! A meaningful discussion is really over-due here. C'mon!

Oh yes, I know, who do I think I am, posting this here? Well, I just want you all to know that I keep checking back here for insight into political and current world events. But honestly, all I ever see are insults. I'd really appreciate the knowledge you all have..it's one method for making wise choices. The insults never explain anything.

I do hope your health issues take a break for a while. I understand issues like yours can make one 'take stock' of what's important and what's not. I am sorry for you, and at the same time I am glad that you are here and able to even think about participating.

Yeah, sorry about that. I didn't bother to write much here, but I did give him a call. I hate phones, but it's more personal that way, and it went well enough...until my phone ran out of juice lol
