    Thank you.

Now, I'll address the rest of your post.

Honestly it didn't that much. It made me sad actually.

I would think it's safe to say we have not exactly agreed on politics. I'm good with that. Are you?
You have also not agreed with a few other people here. Some have called you a lot of names. I'm pretty sure I know who they are.
A lot of personal insults have been traded as well it would appear.

I don't believe I've ever treated you this way. The real problem is that, in the past, it seemed you and I could have a reasonable conversation.

For some time it hasn't been that way IMHO. You seem to ASSUME things and if it's an ASS and ME leave me out. Seriously.

Gee whiz that's a shame. Glad I didn't type any of it myself. Just copy and paste.

Still a shame and the dirtiest language I've quoted on this forum.

So anyway if we go back 9 months ago or so it's not an issue of being insulted, cussed or any other case. It's a matter of just a teeny bit of mutual respect.

Oh, but that is exactly what did happen. And I specifically made a comment how USED TO enjoy reading you post until you started posting insults. I give as I get. I even managed to have a reasonably intelligent conversations with Ted recently. He did not start throwing his usual insults, so he got none back from me. Now, if you would like to talk reasonably, I will oblige. If you want to call everything "brainless", you will get the same back.

I give up. I've looked at enough of clembo's posts to make my eyes bleed, and I still haven't found the moment where he called everything "brainless."
I know a shitload of parallel universes, and he's like that in almost every one of them...except the one where his tongue does this thing and....Oh, wait, that's this one.

    Never mind.

    For the record:

I don't consider rlm to be "brainless." That would imply that he isn't annoying me by stating his opinions. He is. He's rlm.

    He's sooooooo lucky I'm a lesbian.

That's fine. I don't believe that's been a trait of mine. Go dig it up.

Stop wasting your time as I doubt you'll find it. IF you do please post it within full context.

I searched for any occasion where you used the word "brainless" on this site, all the way back to 2005, and only David showed up.

Well, rlm's cents could clear-up the confusion. He accused you of calling everything "brainless" so, if true, he could produce the evidence.

    We're waiting, rlm's cents.

It's been four days since he leveled that accusation. The least he could do is to not respond at all.

Oh wait, that's what he's done.

Honestly, I haven't been following your rants but, unfortunately, happened to catch this last one. RLM can answer for himself, but since this is an open forum, I'm going to jump in. Is this what you're looking for? "Brain dead", "brainless", "sliver of brain"... they all pretty much mean the same thing.

So, in conclusion, allow me to quote clembo to you, IQLessThan1: "I could go on but anyone with a sliver of brain should get my point on these two examples".

Sorry, but I can no longer find the specific word "brainless". I will swear I saw it, but apparently I was wrong.

However, that does not change the rest of my post. You used the word "respect" Are these you examples of respect?

And then you start off you return with this response to "Sorry to hear that."

    And my "friends in Wisconsin" comment was in response to;

If anyone would like to actually take a look at the threads these quotes were pulled from I urge you to do so. Just read the other comments as well. So thanks for actually making that available Coin.

On the other hand "Brain dead", "brainless" and "sliver of brain" are not in any way "pretty much the same thing" as you put it.

About as much as to, too and two.

    It appears you were.

Funny how you can quote something from another member here made a few years ago but not me isn't it?
Even tougher if it doesn't exist I suppose but if you have that much time on your hands I say go for it.

Maybe someone here will help you.

You know rlm at least Coin had the decency to put a link to the threads he was drawing from. Not just an "out of context" remark. By the way I am somewhat guilty of that myself and shall demonstrate later.

For now though, let's concentrate on this one that I wasted my time to address shall we?

    You quoted me.

You forgot to mention (how convenient) that this was in response to another comment.

    Anyone want to see it?

Now let's string them together in the order in which they appeared without the quotes and the whole exchange.
Could have been a statement made by one person if you get down to it..

Interesting. Take it out of context and make it look however you want. Problem is you have to be clever, and waste a boatload of time to sway perhaps 10 members or so here.

I could waste a lot more time and most likely reveal a lot more behind your quotes. I have a life though.

Perhaps I'll get to it later.

Oh, thanks for bringing the topic of Scott Walker up again. So, how about it all you stupid, brainless, brain-dead, sliver-of-a-brain, idiotic Left-wingers! Do any of you... ummm... think... that Scott Walker will be indicted?

How about Chris Christie, too? Do any of you moronic, pea-brained, ignorant, simple-minded, witless, birdbrained, fatuous, lame-brained, dimwitted, air-headed, vacuous, feeble-minded Left-wing cretins.... ummm... think... he will be indicted?

Allow me to let you in on a little secret: Hillary "The Old Hag" Clinton has a much better chance of being indicted than either of these guys.

I cannot find "sliver of brain", but its meaning is obvious to most of us. However, here is what Websters says about the other 2.
    Related to BRAIN-DEAD
    Synonyms
airheaded, birdbrained, bonehead, boneheaded, brain-dead, brainless, bubbleheaded, chuckleheaded, dense, dim, dim-witted, doltish, dopey (also dopy), dorky [slang], dull, dumb, dunderheaded, empty-headed, fatuous, gormless [chiefly British], half-witted, knuckleheaded, lamebrain (or lamebrained), lunkheaded, mindless, oafish, obtuse, opaque, pinheaded, senseless, simple, slow, slow-witted, soft, softheaded, thick, thickheaded, thick-witted, unintelligent, unsmart, vacuous, weak-minded, witless

So when exactly did I call "everything" brainless? Ooops! Forgot! I never used that word.

Would that "obvious" refer to perhaps, let's say a whopping TWO people here?

I would surmise IMHO that many folks here (and that's not too many or is it to or two?) might see it differently. The English language is rather complex after all.

You're welcome. I figured giving you a chance to change the subject would fit your needs and you certainly didn't disappoint me.

I have a feeling what your purpose is of this response. It really doesn't affect me but nice try.

It's an old, and frankly tiresome tactic employed by many and not just here.

To answer your question (if there really was one) I doubt any of these people will be indicted anytime soon.

    Thanks for asking!;)
