Say it ain't so!!! Picture this: An old manor estate in England, say in the 1800's, with beautiful mahogany paneling and rich tapestries covering the walls. A grand fireplace blazing away on a cold, wintry night. Hounds roaming the estate and peacocks in the trees. Roast beef and potatoes cooking in the oven. The distant sound of the laughter of little children playing somewhere in a great room of the house. Learned gentlemen sitting in leather bound chairs in the study around the fireplace. The movers and the shakers of the town discussing politics, religion and anything else that comes to mind while drinking brandy and smoking cigars. Putting their ashes out in heavy pewter ashtrays. But, also in the home is a meek servant of simple mind hired by the Lord of the Manor to perform menial tasks such as sweeping the porch or lighting the entryway. Though a bit "touched', a little loud and quick to blurt out non-sequiturs, the man is likeable enough to keep around for uncomplicated tasks. At times, he'll pass by the great room where the gentlemen are sitting and wonder for a moment what they're talking about, but quickly loses track of his thoughts and returns to his task at hand. So, Tom think of all the other members of this forum as the "Lords of the Manor" and yourself as.... the ashtray. What would we do without you?
Read this and know the truth folks. Bid to draft Keith Olbermann for Senate in works - USATODAY.com - Yahoo! Buzz
He could run, but never win. Too many soundbites and embarrasments on video, I can see the commercials now
The right thought something similar about Al Franken. Never say never. All he needs is lotsa cash, an no amount is too much and doesn't have to be revealed...The supreme court said so.
A blogger from the Daily Kos? Outside of the Daily Kos and their limited readership, does anyone else pay attention to Olberman? I doubt this will go anywhere.
Not "thought", rather "thinks". When you get a party that nominates Stuart Smalley for a senate seat & combine it with a state who elects a professional wrestler governor, what would you expect? Maybe he needs to have Alvin Greene campaign for him?
Clown Al Franken only "won" that election because of all the deceased people who voted for him. Olbermann couldn't win no matter how many dead people vote for him.
I remember seeing the coverage when they were recounting ballots by hand, Franken actually demanded that several write-ins for "Stuart Smalley" be counted for him. But, hey, I guess he is one of the best & brightest in the Dim party these days.
He should challenge Obama in the primaries. "Stuart Smalley" votes could be counted for Franken and "Bozo the Clown" votes could be counted for Obama.
Well hey, I guess you gotta play by whatever rules you can use at the time. I mean, George got elected to the presidency having more republican votes than there were actual registered voters in Ohio, for instance. That was ok with the right at the time so....you know...whatever works I guess. That's just the market forces at work.
You would not care to back that up would you? Since the vote was close at 2,858,727 to 2,739,952, there is a strong posibility that Kerry would also have more votes than there were actual registered voters in Ohio. However, I find that there are 8,162,815 registered voters in Ohio.
Why sure my good man, as you wish. How American Elections Became a Criminal Enterprise http://liesofbush.com/2000election.shtml http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/2004votefraud_ohio.html ...and from the recently silenced truth speaker himself... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6368819/ns/msnbc_tv-countdown_with_keith_olbermann/
I made the assumption that you were talking about 2004. Although you made no mention of the date, you made no comment that it was not Kerry we were talking about. Therefore, I will assume that it is 2004. Link #1 has no mention of 2004 Link #2 has no mention of Ohio Link #3 only references a total of 5869 registered voters. You have a long way to go to the 2,858,727 Bush votes let alone the 8,162,815 registered voters in Ohio.
My apologies that you were unable to decipher any type of fraud regarding Bush and the election process. I shall attempt to make it clearer for you. Stay tuned. (remember you DO have to actually interpret what you read now, rather than ignore the obvious). I'll give you more specifics you can dodge. OK? Please allow me an hour or two to get back to you, as I'm adding this to my new book (in the ignorant republican chapter).
This ought to be interesting. You are going to show me how Bush's 2,858,727 votes are greater that the 8,162,815 registered voters in Ohio and that is not even counting that you limited yourself to Bush's Republican votes. Just what kind of math are you planning to use for this?
An hour or two to get back with you? I guess he needs to consult the lib talking points so he'll know what to say. What are you doing tom, huddling with dr moen and power loading on msnbc, the daily kos & michael fatso moore?
That whooshing sound is you guys getting sucked in by an specific statement about registered voters in Ohio that will lead to half a million linked words that you will be asked to piece together on how the election was stolen. Let me know if you actually find anything out about the original statement in and amongst the barrage of stuff that will probably be forthcoming.
