1. Real Estate- Check what is zoned in any area that I’m looking to buy in. Check the height above sea level. Check for liens. Do my own inspection with my equipment along with the home inspector especially in an area I don’t have my guy, (They get hired or referred by real estate agents so they not impartial or on your side if they want continued business from agents- house has to pass to sell). Check contractors licenses- you be amazed how many have businesses cards listing a license and license number on truck but either expired or nonexistent. Etc.etc. And real estate is a side business for me.

And a really big thing is to check what’s in what you putting inside yourself or your children. Thimersosal is Mercury. Why take a vaccine shot from one company that uses it to extend shelf life whereas another pharmaceutical company does not use it. As shown below:

The idea that it's "cleaner" for not containing this one ingredient is false though. Even if you aren't an anti-vaxxer, fear mongering over thimersosal is their bread and butter.

 

From what I've read, there is no proof that thimerosal is safe . . . merely the suggestion that it is not unsafe.

Concerns based on extrapolations from methylmercury caused thiomersal to be removed from U.S. childhood vaccines, starting in 1999. Later it was reported that ethylmercury is eliminated from the body and the brain significantly faster than methylmercury, so the late-1990s risk assessments turned out to be overly conservative.[23] Though inorganic mercury metabolized from ethylmercury has a much longer half-life in the brain, at least 120 days, it appears to be much less toxic than the inorganic mercury produced from mercury vapor, for reasons not yet understood.[23]

I am not one to throw caution to the wind and, mindful of the fact that alternate vaccines are available for influenza, would be more trusting of those until the scientific community does a better job of vetting thimerosal.

let me help- ALL routine vaccines for 6yr. old and younger children in the U.S. are available without the derivative. And, amazingly, also available for adolescents and adults!! Whodathunk?

So you trust an industry that makes it impossible to sue for vaccination shots as long as they label them correctly.
And then given even more protection from being sued with laws added to the Patriot Act? You can look that up if you want.

 

At one time they were still brought to court for fraud etc. but they seem to have the press under control now so not much chance that will happen again.
