I've never found any left-leaning news source to be anything but lies or, at minimum, twisted half-truths.

 

Because they are diametral opposites on almost everything they bring to the screen, they can't both be right, and at least one of the two must therefore be attempting to mislead, or mischaracterize. It's good for honing the lie detector in me, as it would be for anyone . . . yourself included.

 

Typically I find it's both doing the misleading.

I don't exactly think watching brain rotting "news" shows is mandatory reading so to speak for honing a lie detector.

 

Your penchant for consuming limited perspective and accepting lies as fact is already evident . . . Russia collusion, Steele dossiere, Hunter's laptop, Biden's acuity, etc.

You're already consuming brain rotting "news" . . . your problem is that you're only consuming it from only one side, thereby handicapping yourself.

That you are getting most of what you believe from other than Fox & CNN (the pinheads on Reddit, perhaps?) doesn't mean you are getting enough information from diverse enough perspectives to reach a truly informed position.

 

Independent journalists these days mostly. But I think we may be at an impasse here, I'm pretty sure you'll just assume I'm getting bad information until I start confirming all your priors.

Yes, the outraged Leftists are certainly a very violent, deranged mob. They shot Donald Trump and tried a second time (not to mention the times they tried to assassinate him when he was a candidate the first time). Now, Charlie Kirk has been shot. It’s too early to know whether the Kirk shooter was a violent Leftist, but my guess is that he/she/them/they/it was.

Man, it’s hard to get anything done in our own country let alone other countries when the lunatic Left keeps shooting people and rioting everywhere.

 

Perhaps we should control firearms. Progressives are far too mentally corrupt to deal with any responsibility. So damn sick of these people and their abhorrent propaganda against all that is good and normal. I don’t think any of us are safe anymore. In fact just this week I suggested that some of us former military guys stand guard with concealed firearms at our church entries Sunday mornings. Yet another result of leftist propaganda and it just sickens me.

My guess is the perpetrator is one of a legion on the Left who tries to shut down free speech or any speech they don't agree with whether by legal means or, in this case, murder. But, we will have to wait until the person is caught to know for sure...

 

I would have absolutely no problem with Progressives giving up their guns. No problem at all.

 

Good Lord. The democrats in the house wouldn't even allow a moment of silence for the man. Dear God what do the people stand for besides themselves? An American and a good optimistic man was murdered today. And our leaders can’t even be silent for a moment of reverence? This really is a sickness and it’s time for the rest of us to stop turning our heads like we do when our crazy uncle enters the room.
