I suspect you really don't know what "fascism" is. It's a word that today's liberals bandy about without knowing that THEY are the true fascists.

Here's a book you should read before you start spewing the "fascism" lie.

Yet it is hard to deny that modern progressivism and classical fascism shared the same intellectual roots. We often forget, for example, that Mussolini and Hitler had many admirers in the United States. W.E.B. Du Bois was inspired by Hitler's Germany, and Irving Berlin praised Mussolini in song. Many fascist tenets were espoused by American progressives like John Dewey and Woodrow Wilson, and FDR incorporated fascist policies in the New Deal.

Fascism was an international movement that appeared in different forms in different countries, depending on the vagaries of national culture and temperament. In Germany, fascism appeared as genocidal racist nationalism. In America, it took a “friendlier,” more liberal form. The modern heirs of this “friendly fascist” tradition include the New York Times, the Democratic Party, the Ivy League professoriate, and the liberals of Hollywood. The quintessential Liberal Fascist isn't an SS storm trooper; it is a female grade school teacher with an education degree from Brown or Swarthmore.

These assertions may sound strange to modern ears, but that is because we have forgotten what fascism is. In this angry, funny, smart, contentious book, Jonah Goldberg turns our preconceptions inside out and shows us the true meaning of Liberal Fascism.

LOL! He was referring to Jan 6 which, we all know, was not caused by President Trump who said to march peacefully. So, Goldberg was wrong about that. But, if you wish to remain ignorant about fascism and, especially, fascism on the Left then that is your business. I’m just giving you an opportunity to enlighten yourself.

 

On Armed Forces Day in 1977, 1978, and ,1979 I drove a tractor trailer with a 40’ nuclear missile in a parade through Lawton Oklahoma along with many of my compadres artillery pieces……… The parade brought the community together. Also, nobody wanna bring up Israel and Iran? I was told this kind of thing would never happen under Trump, that other countries were too afraid to step out of line...

On a serious note though, I do think it's concerning for the world that he has no diplomatic skills and his one strategy: madman theory, is not being believed this time around.

I’ll correct you. What Trump said was if he had been president, Putin would not have shown aggression. Trump said had he been president that Iranian backed terrorists would not have massacred women and Children….. Trump NEVER said he would prevent Israel from protecting its national security. I don’t believe that ever in the history of our nation have we been so arrogant as to intervene in our allies national security interests.

 

With war crimes? Before we get any further, yes, Iran did war crimes in response too. Both attacking civilian areas.

I was sickened seeing the apartment buildings toppled in Tehran, and then again in Tel Aviv.

Speaking of Putin, I'd say the plenty of attacks on Ukrainian citizens since Trump took office counts as "showing aggression"

 

So, whose side are you taking - Israel or Iran?

 

"Claiming" they were violent? CLAIMING!!!??? Hooo boy... what rock are you living under?

 

Pretty clearly neither. The side of the innocents in both places being killed if I have to pick.

 

Please share the videos of violent protestors getting arrested. I've got a ton of videos cops assaulting people that were doing nothing, and going way beyond into brutality. They are not acting as a peacekeeping force, they are agitating, often throwing the first blows.

Every time you're told "the city is burning" keep this in mind
