The issue being that the fed has no more business spending my tax dollars on LGBTQ than they do on my dogs vet bill.

 

If tariffs are so devastating, why do all the other countries have such high tariffs on US products?

Trump's tariffs are in equal kind to what the US has been paying for decades. Every dime of tariff charged to the rest of the worlds economies are just and fair. Not one cent of tariffs being charged exceeds the tariffs we are paying.

It is also Hammurabi's Code, 'An eye for an eye'.

Ok @GeneWright, please elucidate how Trump's Liberation Day is anything but fair in the world of America first. And do keep in mind, this is America. It is an oath every politician swears by when taking office that they preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. Not some foreign land.

He has been very busy the last 24 hours, making certain the Conservative President of Korea was removed by the Court. He is happy, now, because the ROK can continue on the subtle path to Communism.

I knew full well what the plan was for tariffs when I voted, along with almost 80 million fellow patriots, for our POTUS Donald J. Trump. I am incredibly enthused and feel more protected than I ever have in this greatest nation on earth.

And for the record, I also lost over $100,000 these past few days. Am I worried? Concerned? Scared? Not for one second. As a matter of fact, I put another $5k INTO the market on Friday's free fall.

As of the end of business today, Monday, over 70 nations have already contacted POTUS to work hand in hand with this administration to eliminate and equalize the tariffs to create a free trade economy between their respective country's and the US of A. Incidentally, Monday's slight run up in the DOW is now being followed by the futures market continuing the recovery. Will it keep going this way? Definitely going to remain volatile and fluctuate daily. This just shows there is good to be gleaned from the mayhem and disruption our POTUS is generating worldwide.




FYI, that screen shot was just taken on Tuesday 4/8 @ 0028 hours. So it is very current.
